STAY NEXUS
At Stay Nexus, we value your time. Our process is organized to ensure that you are accommodated, regardless of when you arrive. For guests arriving between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, we offer a personal welcome and registration at our Welcome Desk. For those arriving after 6:00 PM, we have set up a self-check-in system using lock boxes at our locations. Once you have registered, you will receive detailed instructions and personal access codes on the day of check-in.
Stay Nexus Galaxy Center
This is where our “welcome desk” is located and between 12:00 and 18:00, you can receive personalized care here on site. Access to the self-check-in lock boxes is granted via a one-time code for the residential entrance. Your key comes with a chip for free access to the entrance, designed to be used during your stay. Check-out is easy – simply leave your key in the designated Nexus mailbox on the ground floor.
Stay Nexus House
Check-in at our vintage house is done by phone between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM or via the self-check-in instructions. Your key is equipped with a chip that simultaneously opens both doors – the fence and the house door. Each floor and each room are marked with a label to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Stay Nexus Near the Airport
For this location, we use a centralized key collection system. Keys are collected from our main office on Shipchenski Prohod Street (where the Welcome Desk is located), and then taken to your apartment on Geo Milev Street, a short distance away. This process ensures the security of your keys and tranquility in the apartment building where you will be staying.
